If you want to use any photo on this website, including the wallpaper photos, in a publication such as a book, magazine or website then please use the stock photo order form. If you want to buy a print of any photo you've seen on this website then use the print order form.

It's illegal to sell any photo on this website, or to distribute any photo from this website for free.

I regularly use my ISP's website statistics package to determine who is linking to my website. If I find that you've linked to a JPEG, or that you're using a photo without asking permission, I will take action. This might include contacting your ISP to get your home page or website taken down, or other actions which are faster and at least as unpleasant. All photographs on the website are registered periodically with the US government Copyright Office, which provides certain legal protections if copyright is infringed, including allowing me to claim court costs when I take violators to court.
